We will do our best to ship any orders placed between Monday and Saturday the same day the order is placed, but please allow up to three business days for us to process your order.
Our dispatch center does not operate on Sundays or on public holidays. Shipping resumes on the following Monday, or business day, after the public holiday.

IT’S NOT ME… IT’S YOU
If you would like to return a board and/or accessory for any reason, simply return it within 10 days of purchase – in its original unopened packaging, and in new and unused condition - to receive a full refund. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. No board or accessory that has been used, or that has had its packaging opened, will be accepted for a refund, and the item will be returned to the sender.
If the board and/or accessory has not been used and is in its original unopened packaging, please email us at email@example.com and call us at +61 420 991 234 to initiate the return, and then send the item with a copy of your original receipt to:

Please allow up to two weeks for the processing of your return and any additional billing period that your bank may need to to apply credit to your account.

Once an order is placed, you cannot make changes to the order. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order from shipping to you. For assistance please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order details ready.
Once the item has shipped, it will need to be returned for a refund.
HOW MANY DENTS AND CREASES SHOULD MY BOARD HAVE ON DELIVERY?
None. If your board and/or accessory arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipper in the first instance to start the claims process.
