SHIPPING TERMS AND TIMES
We will do our best to ship any orders placed between Monday and Friday the same day the order is placed, but please allow up to three business days for us to process your order at our warehouse, especially during peak periods (ie get your board ready for shipping).
Our dispatch center does not operate on Sundays or on public holidays. Shipping resumes on the following Monday, or business day, after the public holiday and will take between 4-10 business days from dispatch, depending on whether you are regional or metro.
**PLEASE NOTE - during Christmas/ New Year holiday period there will be delays to deliveries due to third party schedules. All boards purchased from the 12/12 will be delivered as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee a normal shipping time until after the 03/01. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this period. **

RETURNS POLICY AND PROCESS
If you would like to return a board and/or accessory for any reason, simply return it within 10 days of purchase – in its original unopened packaging, and in new and unused condition - to receive a full refund. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. No board or accessory that has been used, or that has had its packaging opened, will be accepted for a refund, and the item will be returned to the sender. Freight costs will be deducted from the refund.
If the board and/or accessory has not been used and is in its original unopened packaging, please email us at email@example.com to initiate the return, and then send the item with a copy of your original receipt to:

Please allow up to two weeks for the processing of your return and any additional billing period that your bank may need to to apply credit to your account.
CANCEL MY ORDER
Once an order is placed, you cannot make changes to the order. If the board is sent then the cost of freight will be deducted from any refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order from shipping to you. For assistance please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order details ready.
Once the item has shipped, it will need to be returned for a refund. Any refund will be less the cost of freight.
